Once you have created a CEO-ME account, the first thing you need to do is decide what type of business you want to run. You need to set up your business in the Settings section of the Software. The Settings Section has eight pages or subsections: 1) Staff, 2) Industries, 3) Clients, 4) Capabilities, 5) Sales Next Action, 6) Sales Forecast, 7) Cash Flow, and 8) Work Scope.

Let’s start and click on the Staff page. Companies need to have a record of their staff and staff activities to save time and assist in communication and staff management. The staff list shows the names of the staff members of the company, their names, and email. We can add as many staff as we want to the list.

Let’s move on to the industries page. This subsection is used to set the industries with whom your company works. The industries listed here will show in the drop-down list when setting up and adding new clients. So let's go ahead and create one.

Now let’s click on the clients' button. It has two dropdown elements named Clients and Contact Person. By Clients, we mean the customer or organization that uses the services of your company.
